Welcome to Arcadebase. These terms explain how our lakeside cabin booking system works, what to expect during your stay, and the simple agreements between us. By booking, you accept what's written here.
When you book a cabin, we'll hold it for your dates. If your plans shift, let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to other guests. We keep cabins ready for arrivals and may release a booking if you're running significantly late without contact.
Nightly rates and seasonal pricing are shown in good faith and may adjust with demand and season. If your preferred cabin type becomes unavailable, we'll suggest the next best option — perhaps a log cabin with a better lake view, or a lakeside wooden cabin at a similar price.
Celebrating something special? We arrange custom experiences — private dinners by the water, guided forest walks, boat rentals — with advance notice and a deposit. If you need to cancel a special arrangement, contact us right away and we'll work with you as fairly as we can.
You're welcome to browse, share our pages, and recommend us to friends. Please don't republish our photography, cabin descriptions, or branding for commercial purposes without permission — get in touch if you'd like to partner with us.
We take pride in maintaining our cabins, grounds and website to the highest standard. We can't guarantee the site will never have technical hiccups or be unavailable, but we respond quickly to any issues. If you spot something amiss, tell us and we'll fix it promptly.
